Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and completion
- Experience working with children
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Child Abuse, State Police and FBI Clearances
Responsibilities:
- Assist in meeting the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each
child.
- Reinforce lessons presented by teachers by reviewing material with students
one-on-one or in small groups.
- Demonstrates knowledge and follows regulations such as the Department of
Human Services, and Keystone STARS.
- Provide input for biannual assessment of children’s development
- Document accident reports and informs the Director.
- Assist with the arrangement of the classroom environment in accordance with program goals and philosophy.
- Inspect, replace, and report damaged or lost material.
- Attend training and staff meetings as required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
