Full Job Description
Our residential program is dedicated to strengthening families by providing children and youth with a safe, nurturing, community environment through a continuum of services. Full-time Group Home Supervisors assist in the successful operation of our residential program that serves adolescent females, acting as positive mentors and working with our staff to help guide and make a difference in teens' lives.
Duties include ensuring that staffing patterns are within regulatory compliance and reflect the needs of the program at all times; ensuring that program routines and activities are implemented consistently and as scheduled in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations; completing staff performance evaluations; and completing other daily or situational documentation.
Interested applicants must be available to work weekends.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of work experience with children OR a bachelor's degree and one (1) year of work experience with children.
- Sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
- State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse clearances are required for this position and will be paid for by the agency, if needed.
- Successful incumbent will be required to successfully complete the Safe Crisis Management curriculum.
- Must be at least 21 years of age per Department of Human Services regulations.
