Maintenance Team Member-Part Time
Requirements:
• High school diploma and two (2) years of maintenance-related experience OR a minimum of five (5) years of maintenance-related experience.
• Child Abuse, State Police, and FBI clearances - to be paid for by the agency.
• Sensitivity to service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
• Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs of easy-to-moderate difficulty to facility structures, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs and installations, while adhering to safety procedures.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to facility grounds while adhering to safety procedures.
• Make recommendations to Administration on the maintenance requirements of facilities and preventive or remedial actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance repairs, requisitions of supplies, and safety procedures.
• Review all supply, material, and equipment purchases and rentals with Administration prior to requisitions.
• Maintain walkways and common areas to ensure safety of staff, clients, and visitors.
• Assist in scheduling and overseeing contractor’s proposals and subsequent work.
• Agree to serve in an on-call capacity for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with quarterly facility inspections and with correction of any deficiencies.

Certified Lifeguard-Part Time-Ashler Manor Campus
Approximately 10 weeks over the summer. The Lifeguard shall monitor the safety of children when swimming and assist staff in maintaining a safe and hazard-free swimming area.
Duties:
· Ensure adequate supervision of resident clients while swimming and in the pool area.
· Respond to emergency situations as required.
· Conduct water testing to ensure proper chemical balance of pool water.
· Lock and unlock the pool area for use by resident clients.
· Ensure pool area is clean and hazard-free at all times.
· Cooperate with staff to resolve behavioral issues.
· Respond to emergency situations.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 1-5 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Foster Care Case Manager will understand and accept the purpose of the Families United Network, Inc. and perform work requirements in a manner that will further the agency’s purpose. This person would cover our on-call needs at our Arborvale and White Rose locations. Interested applicants must be available to work second shift and weekends on an as needed basis.
