Liberty Manor

On March 16, 2020, The Department of Aging mandated all Adult Day Centers in the state of PA to close effective March 17, 2020, under guidance from Governor Wolf, in aggressive attempts to mitigate the current pandemic.
We will remain closed until it is safe for our participants to attend the center and when granted permission to reopen by the Department of Aging. We will continue to follow guidelines set forth by the CDC and Department of Health once re-opening takes effect. The safety and well-being of our participants, caregivers/families, and staff will always be our top priority. Please feel free to call 570-445-3808, for more information about our services, community resources available to you, and updated information about COVID-19 as related to Adult Day Centers.
