Make an Adoption Plan

Our social worker is here to help you. We will visit with you at the location of your choice and provide you with counseling through this process. If you choose to make an adoption plan for your unborn child, we can help you understand the process and provide you with support that includes:

• Ongoing counseling before and after delivery
• Referrals for long term counseling if needed
• Referrals for community resources if needed
• We will assist you in talking with the birth father if needed, and offer him the same services
• We will contact the hospital in advance to assist in your request and plans
• Help you make a birth plan
• Help you select a family
• Explain the legal processes
• Explain your rights to you
