Understanding the importance of work-life balance, Families United Network offers a generous PTO policy, including 14 paid holidays. Yes – we said 14! According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average number of fully paid holidays for American workers is around eight per year. Here at Families United Network, we added additional FUN holidays, giving employees the time to recharge and pursue personal interests.

What is a FUN holiday? We are glad you asked! FUN holidays are a benefit that started a few years ago as a way to give back to our employees. Our office selects a Monday or Friday as a paid day off every month without a federal holiday.
